This Refund Policy applies to all session passes purchased through Codex Interview (codexinterview.com). By purchasing a pass, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Session Pass Overview

Codex Interview sells one-time session passes billed through Stripe. A pass is a single, upfront purchase that unlocks real-time collaboration for a fixed window (for example, a 24-hour Day Pass). There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically — once a pass expires, you are not charged again unless you choose to buy another one.

We offer a refund within 7 days of the charge if you can demonstrate that the software does not function on your device and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team. You may be asked to provide:
