How to cancel

Go to Billing

Navigate to the Billing page and click Cancel Subscription.

Confirm cancellation

You will be asked to confirm. Once confirmed, your subscription will not renew at the next billing cycle.

You keep access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period.
After that period ends, your account reverts to the free plan.
Your existing rooms and data are not deleted — you can still view and access them.
No further charges will be made.

You can resubscribe at any time from the Billing page. Your account data will still be there.
