Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased through Codex Interview (codexinterview.com). By subscribing, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Subscription Overview

Codex Interview offers monthly recurring subscriptions billed through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Upon cancellation:

  • You will not be charged in the next billing cycle.
  • You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused time remaining in the current billing cycle.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer a refund within 7 days of the charge if you can demonstrate that the software does not function on your device and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team. You may be asked to provide:

  • A brief description of the issue
  • Screenshots or screen recordings demonstrating the problem
  • Your operating system and app version

4. How to Request a Refund

Submit a request
Go to the Contact page and select Request Refund. Include your account email and a description of the issue.

Review
Our team will review your request and may follow up for additional information. We aim to respond within 1 business day.

Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method via Stripe.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Subscriptions cancelled after the current billing period has ended
  • Usage of the free tier (no payment involved)
  • Charges older than 30 days
