Display Issues
Having trouble seeing the pad on your screen? Here are the most common causes and how to fix them.
Common Causes
- Temporary rendering glitch — The pad's window can occasionally fail to render after your OS wakes from sleep or after a display change.
- The pad opacity is set low — You may have previously adjusted the opacity slider down.
- Outdated app version — Older versions may have display bugs that have since been fixed.
Troubleshooting Steps

Restart the app
Quit and reopen Codex Interview. This resolves most rendering glitches.

Check the opacity slider
Open the app's footer panel and make sure the opacity slider is not set too low. Drag it back up to restore visibility.

Update to the latest version
Download the latest version from codexinterview.com to make sure you have the most recent bug fixes.

Reinstall the app
If none of the above steps work, uninstall and reinstall the app. This resets any corrupted local state.
